Juliet has a dynamic yet relaxed style of therapy that is emotion and interpersonally-based and solution-focused. Her focus is working with young adults and their families, partners and significant others. Her therapy explores a deeper understanding of self and others through reflection on thoughts, feelings, behaviors, personal strengths, and growth areas. Her therapy is integrative and modern. She views therapy as a creative and collaborative process.

Juliet is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and has a doctorate degree from Chatham University. She completed her doctoral internship at Carnegie Mellon University where she trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy for young adults with a focus on self-understanding and self-compassion. Juliet is an EMDRIA-trained therapist. She is also an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP).
