Rhiannon Alley, M.Ed., LPC, CSOTP, CGIP

Rhiannon takes a relaxed and warm approach to counseling and recognizes that all clients have different strengths and needs. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2016 and earned her graduate degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from William and Mary in 2013. Rhiannon encourages clients to recognize their strengths and gain insight into their areas of need. She utilizes Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as tenants from positive psychology, mindfulness, DBT, narrative, and solution focused therapy. Rhiannon has experience working with couples, families, adolescents and adults; and has served clients in residential treatment centers, in their homes and community, and in outpatient therapy settings. Rhiannon maintains a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider certification and enjoys working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, self-confidence, grief, and trauma.
