Group Therapy

Group therapy is an essential component of treatment that supplements individual therapy. Group therapy provides an opportunity to better understand the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of yourself and others in a social learning environment. It mimics real-world experiences in a structured, therapeutic setting which allows for treatment concepts and skills to be put into action. Group therapy can provide a supportive, yet challenging space to develop self-awareness, build connections, and practice skills to better engage with others with an improved sense of self-worth and confidence.
