IMG_0351Ariel is a licensed clinical psychologist (LCP) with a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Pacific University. She provides therapy and psychological assessments to individual of all ages, however specializes in treating adolescents. Ariel is a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP) and has experience working with adolescents with inappropriate sexual behaviors. Ariel is also a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She has over 12 years of experience in the mental health field and has worked in:

  • Outpatient
  • Court programs & Juvenile detention
  • Substance abuse treatment
  • Emergency rooms
  • Hospitals treating individuals with eating disorders & medical problems

 

 

Ariel is passionate about working with and has sought specialized training in:

Ariel has a warm, relaxed, and fun outside of the box approach to therapy. She often incorporates activities and alternate evidence-based methods into traditional “talk therapy” to create a more enjoyable and modern approach to treatment.

Primary treatment modalities include: DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), and Collaborative Problem Solving, as well as others based on client needs.
